Permitted and prohibited conduct
You may browse motorsport information and join good-faith discussion. You must not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, spam, post unlawful or infringing material, evade bans, scrape private data or interfere with the site and its data services.
User content and moderation
You retain rights in your content and grant Pit House the limited permission needed to display, store, moderate and back it up. We may hide violations, restrict accounts or respond to lawful requests. Users may report content through the in-site reporting tools.
Data and service availability
Race data, Live Timing, predictions and Driver Market information may be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. They are not official race decisions or betting, investment or professional advice. The service may change for maintenance, security or supplier reasons.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is. Material changes will show an updated date and may require renewed consent. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request account deletion.
